HOW TO MAKE FROZEN APEROL SPRITZ
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender: the ice cubes, Aperol, orange juice and Prosecco. Blend for 30 seconds, until all of the ingredients have fully combined.
Add a slice of orange to a wine glass and pour it in. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Q. CAN I MAKE THIS COCKTAIL AHEAD OF TIME?
A. I don’t recommend making a Frozen Aperol Spritz ahead of time. You want to serve it right after it’s been freshly poured, as it goes with any slushy drink recipe. But you can pre-chill the ingredients and prepare garnishes ahead of time.
Q. HOW CAN I ADJUST THE SWEETNESS OF THE DRINK?
A. To adjust the sweetness, modify the amount of Aperol liqueur or add a sweetener like simple syrup. Taste as you go to achieve your desired sweetness level.
Q. I DON’T HAVE AN APEROL. WHAT CAN I DO?
A. You can also make a Frozen Limoncello Spritz that is based on lemons. It won’t neccesseraly be called ”Aperol Spritz”, but this is a great alternative if you can’t get your hands on the Aperol liqueur.

A. Its signature flavor is sweet, citrusy and sugary, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. It has aromatic orange notes from the Aperol which are complimented by fresh orange slices.
