Frozen Aperol Spritz - is the drink of the summer! This frozen drink is made with Aperol liqueur, orange juice, Prosecco and ice. A super simple 4-ingredient summertime slushie!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Aperol liqueur
  • a handful of ice
  • orange slice, for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • a high-speed blender
  • a wine glass

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender: the ice cubes, Aperol, orange juice and Prosecco. Blend for 30 seconds, until all of the ingredients have fully combined.
  2. Add a slice of orange to a glass and pour it in. Serve immediately and enjoy!
