Frozen Aperol Spritz
Frozen Aperol Spritz - is the drink of the summer! This frozen drink is made with Aperol liqueur, orange juice, Prosecco and ice. A super simple 4-ingredient summertime slushie!
Equipment
- a high-speed blender
- a wine glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol liqueur
- a handful of ice
- orange slice, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender: the ice cubes, Aperol, orange juice and Prosecco. Blend for 30 seconds, until all of the ingredients have fully combined.
- Add a slice of orange to a glass and pour it in. Serve immediately and enjoy!
