RECIPE FAQ’S
Q. CAN I MAKE THIS COCKTAIL AHEAD OF TIME?
A. I don’t recommend making an Aperol Spritz ahead of time. You want to serve it right after it’s been freshly poured, as it goes with any bubbly drink recipe. But you can pre-chill the ingredients and prepare garnishes ahead of time.
Q. What does aperol spritz taste like?
A. Its signature flavor is sweet, citrusy and sugary, with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. It has aromatic orange notes from the Aperol which are complimented by fresh orange slices.
Q. HOW CAN I SKIP THE PROSECCO?
A. If you don’t like the Prosecco, you can use Sprite or 7Up. For less sugar, you can use club soda.
Q: What can I use instead of APEROL LIQUEUR?
A: You can use a orange simple syrup for a non-alcoholic option.
Q: What can I use instead of PEAR JUICE?
A. Try using apple juice instead of pear juice for extra apple flavor.
Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN APPLE JUICE AND APPLE CIDER?
A. Apple juice is apple cider that has been heated to alter the color, flavor, and texture. It appears darker than the apple juice.
