Method
- Prepare your glass - Rim a lime wedge around the rim of your glass to moisten it. Add some cinnamon and sugar to a shallow plate. Roll the rim of your glass in the cinnamon sugar, allowing it to stick to the rim of the glass. Set aside.
- Add ice cubes to a glass, then pour the pear juice and Prosecco over the ice.
- Follow by pouring the Aperol.
- Top with apple cider.
- Garnish with a pear slice, rosemary sprig, a cinnamon stick and one anise star, serve immediately, and enjoy!
