- Start by brewing 1 1/2 oz shot of espresso. Let the espresso cool down.
- Add ice, caramel vodka, pumpkin spice simple syrup, and half and half, to a cocktail shaker.
- Top with coffee liqueur and the shot of espresso.
- Shake for 30 seconds, pour into a coupe glass, and garnish with 3 espresso beans. Enjoy!
