Passion Fruit Martini
Make a cocktail or two with this elegant Passion Fruit Martini that is made with vanilla vodka, Passoa, passion fruit puree, lime juice, pineapple juice and is served with a shot of Prosecco.

- 1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Passoa (passion fruit liqueur)
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree
- 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup (or Vanilla Syrup)
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 Passionfruit (for garnish)
- 1 oz Prosecco shot (served on the side in a shot glass)
Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice while you prepare the drink.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine vanilla vodka, passoa, passion fruit puree, passionfruit syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
Empty the martini glass if chilled with ice.
Strain and pour the cocktail into the martini glass.
Place half a passionfruit (flesh side up) gently on top of the cocktail for an elegant presentation.
Pour 1 oz of prosecco into a shot glass and serve alongside the martini.
Serve!
