Pink Flamingo Cocktail (Pink Royal)

Pink Royalty Cocktail layers grenadine over ice for a stunning red-to-pink ombre effect, then tops it with a shaken mix of Pink Crown Royal, Gordon's Pink Gin, pina colada mix and strawberry banana juice. Ready in under 5 minutes with an effortless ombre effect and unique tropical flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Pink Crown Royal
  • 1 oz Gordon's Pink Gin
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 2 oz Pina Colada mix
  • 2 oz Strawberry Banana Juice
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherries optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill your glass 3⁄4 of the way full with ice and add the grenadine syrup.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the Crown, Gin, Pina Colada mix and Strawberry Banana juice.
  3. Shake to combine and then strain the cocktail into your prepared glass.
  4. Garnish with a skewer of cherries and serve immediately.

Notes

For the best flavor and ombre effect, I recommend making each cocktail individually, but if you need to batch this recipe, you will need:
  • 10 oz Pink Crown Royal
  • 10 oz Gordon's Pink Gin
  • 10 oz Grenadine
  • 20 oz Pina Colada Juice
  • 20 oz Strawberry Banana Juice
  • Ice (fill pitcher halfway for serving)
  1. In a 2-quart pitcher, combine Pink Crown Royal, Gordon's Pink Gin, pina colada juice, and strawberry banana juice—stir well to integrate (no shaking needed for batch).
  2. Prep 10 highball glasses: Fill each 3/4 with ice, pour 1 oz grenadine per glass for the base layer.
  3. Pour 5 oz batch mix per glass slowly from height for ombre—stir lightly if desired, garnish, and serve immediately.
  4. Pro Tip: Prep mix up to 4 hours ahead, chill covered; refresh with club soda (0.5 oz per serving) for bubbles.
