Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz triple sec
  • 4 oz pineapple juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 1/2 oz silver tequila
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 cup ice
  • a lime wedge, a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves, for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • a cocktail shaker
  • a margarita glass

Method
 

  1. Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker, followed by pineapple juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and agave syrup.
  2. Shake until the outside of your shaker becomes frosty.
  3. Pour into your glass, and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge, a lime wedge and pineapple leaves.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
