Pina Colada Sangria is a sweet, tropical and fruity white wine sangria cocktail combined with coconut rum, pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, Maraschino cherry juice and garnished with additional Maraschino cherries for a summertime beverage.

- 1 bottle white wine (750ml, Sauvignon Blanc)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup Maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup Maraschino cherry juice
- ice
- Maraschino cherries with stem (for garnish, optional)
- cocktail umbrellas (for garnish, optional)
- shredded toasted coconut (for garnish, optional)
- fresh pineapple wedges (for garnish, optional)
- edible tropical flowers (orchids or hibiscus)
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, and coconut rum.
Add the pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries.
Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
