Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle white wine (750ml, Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino cherry juice
  • ice
  • Maraschino cherries with stem (for garnish, optional)
  • cocktail umbrellas (for garnish, optional)
  • shredded toasted coconut (for garnish, optional)
  • fresh pineapple wedges (for garnish, optional)
  • edible tropical flowers (orchids or hibiscus)

Equipment

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, and coconut rum.
  2. Add the pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries.
  3. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
