Malibu Bay Breeze
Malibu Bay Breeze - In a mood for Caribbean-inspired tropical drink? This 3-ingredient Malibu Bay Breeze cocktail is made with pineapple juice, coconut rum and cranberry juice for a layered beachside drink!
Equipment
- 1 15 oz high-ball glass
- a long stirring spoon
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice, canned or fresh
- 1 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 cup ice
- one Maraschino cherry and a lime wheel, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a high-ball glass with ice and add the pineapple juice followed by the rum.
- Place a small spoon, flipped upside down, into the glass at an angle just above the Malibu rum.
- Slowly pour the cranberry juice onto the center of the upside-down spoon so that it layers on top of the pineapple juice and rum.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and Maraschino cherries for a prettier presentation, serve and enjoy!
