Method
- Gently clap a few fresh basil leaves between your palms to release their aroma.
- Place 1–2 basil leaves in each glass and muddle slightly (optional, for more flavor).
- Fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour 1 ½ oz limoncello into each glass. Remove muddled basil.
- Top with 2 oz Prosecco and 1 oz sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a fresh basil sprig.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
