Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz pineapple juice (bottled or fresh)
  • 4 oz Prosecco (or champagne of your choice)
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish (optional)

  • a champagne or mimosa flute

Method
 

  1. Add prosecco, coconut rum, and pineapple juice to a champagne or mimosa flute, then slowly pour in the grenadine to create a pretty layered look.
  2. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry or pineapple slice, serve and enjoy!
