- 2 bottles white wine, of your choice (standard size)
- 1 cup caramel vodka
- 5 cups apple cider
- 4 apples, chopped (Honeycrisp or Gala)
- 1/4 cup caramel syrup
- a splash of apple pie syrup
- cinnamon sticks, for garnish (optional)
- a bit of ground cinnamon and granulated sugar, for cinnamon sugar rim (optional)
Add 4 cups of apple cider and caramel syrup to a pitcher. Stir until the syrup dissolves. Cut apples of your choice into thin pieces, then place in the bottom of your pitcher.
Pour white wine, caramel vodka and remaining apple cider over the mixture. Add a splash of apple pie syrup.
Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Best is to let it set in the fridge for about 1-2 hours for more enhanced flavor. You can also serve it immediately if needed.
Pour a little bit of caramel syrup on a plate. On another plate, put cinnamon and sugar mixture. Dip the edges of the glass into the caramel syrup and then press the edges of the glass into the sugar.
Serve over ice and garnish glasses with apple slices and cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
